Obviously, if you don't want Emma in your head, even if you agree that icly she should be able to read and/or control you, note that here. (Even if you don't, I'll probably check with you inline in occ notes because I don't actually know what your character is thinking.)

Permissions post, short version:

Emma's a powerful telepath.  What can she see on the surface of your mind without going into it?  What are you willing to have her read, change, or control in your mind, and how much effort do you think it should be?

Permissions post, longer version:

Emma Frost is an extremely powerful and skilled telepath. As far as raw power goes, she's among the greatest in Marvel, but the least among them. In skill she's among the best of the best.

Does your character have mental resistance? If so, how big an obstacle is it?  (If you want: what form does the resistance take?)

Emma has been known to read thoughts, project messages, read memories, alter memories, read emotions, alter emotions, and implant absurdly specific post-hypnotic suggestion.  What do you want her not to be able to do to your character's mind? What do you want her never to do to your character's mind, whether or not she can?

Once she's met you, can Emma find you telepathically?

Finally, what can she see in the surface of your mind, or at the top of your shields, without technically going into your mind?

Surface thoughts:
just the usual! "man i hate this guy" as she's humoring someone, "i could kill him so fast why am i putting up with this" as she's getting annoyed... kind of standard fare for a bitchy, overconfident megalomaniac. and although there wouldn't be any mention of shapechanging or being a dragon, Emma is free to notice a few things being... odd. remembering a scene she'd experienced as a dragon as being witnessed from five feet above the normal human height, for example.

Mental resistance:
although it wouldn't occur to her to use this at first, and Emma could definitely take advantage of Khisanth not realizing she even needs mental defenses for a while, she DOES have them. she's been trained in an intensive mental discipline called qhen, which would probably just allow her to clear her mind to appear as a blank slate when she thinks to put it to use.
this would also allow her to fend off reading memories and emotions/altering memories and emotoins/hypnotic suggestion. but those would definitely take her a while to figure out how to do, and it would probably be multiple attempts/encounters before Khisanth was able to block Emma out with any effectiveness. masking her thoughts would be the easiest to learn and first thing that she'd pick up on.

What not to do:
i'd definitely prefer to be contacted OOC before too much mind-digging goes on, just because having secrets is a huge part of Khisanth's character. and while i don't mind her cover being blown (she'll probably do it herself sooner or later), i'd like to put some care and planning into specific instances. and i mean this mostly in regards to her being a dragon and the extent of her magic-- her being a generally unsavory character and any unkind motives are totally fair game for picking up on.
THAT SAID, i think anything that i wouldn't want happening would be situational. so, contact first please!

Telepathic locating: SURE SOUNDS GOOD. unless she's trying extra hard with the qhen, but that takes a conscious effort and wouldn't be in place all the time.

Surface thoughts:
loads and loads going at all times about fighting, weaponry, strategy, organizing Avengers, and a pinch of physics thrown in. and then a general intense curiosity about everyone around her. (and just for the record, any time she thinks about Batman she thinks of Batman, not Bruce. she knows him better that way.)

Mental resistance:
she wouldn't have any defenses.

What not to do:
I CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING... it's all gravy with this one.

Telepathic locating:
GO FOR IT.

Snake's taught her how to shield herself psychically (and will have mentioned Emma to her, so Clover will recognize her by description if nothing else). She's not very good at maintaining the concentration the shields need, though, so while she could put up a token resistance, Emma could take her shields apart.

Anything to do with controlling her, wiping her memories, etc. I'd rather be asked about before it's done-- I don't mind leaving the option there in case good plot opportunity comes up for it later.

Emma can probably find Clover easily enough, but if Clover becomes aware Emma has this power, she'll do whatever she can to avoid being found in the future.

Clover wears her heart on her sleeve, surface thoughts are pretty accessible at any time. Anything deeper than that is surprisingly well-guarded, though.

Surface thoughts: Heine is not much a complex thinker, generally whatever is going on it what is on his mind. The rest of the time it's his past remorse and killing his sister Lily which also is a berserk button if poked enough. There's a lot of violence and somewhat military know-how swirling around up there to.

Heine is not the only conscience though, there's another that was implanted into him that's much more violent, crude, and down right monstrous. For the most part it doesn't show up unless Heine is provoked into fighting or stressed enough.

Resistance: Namely the Original Spine since that may muck up who is who when reading Heine's mind. There are not telepathic individuals in his canon, so besides that there are no shields.

What not to do: Mentioning Lily or anything that is closely related to what he is. Bells will go off cause Heine is paranoid that way. I'd really appreciate it if you asked OOCly before hand though.

Locating: Sure.

If there are any questions, please ask!

Hey! Forgot to do this.

Surface Thoughts: Thinks a lot about average life stuff, though she also thinks about zombie related things, fighting, guns, wonders and worries about how her fellow survivors are doing that aren't in the Port so her friends are on her mind a lot, and thinks about how the friends who are actually IN the Port (one of them being her boyfriend now) are doing, stuff like that

Mental Resistance: Though Rochelle is strong willed in character she's an average person and wouldn't have any major mental resistance to anything.

What Not To Do: I can't think of anything. There are subjects that she would get uncomfortable talking about, like how she was turned into a zombie during the Halloween event last year and ESPECIALLY getting killed by Tom, but I wouldn't mind it being brought up at all. All good here!

Telepathic Location: YEP.
